Rashaun P. Sourles, Founder & CEO

Rashaun Sourles spent seven years with Johnson & Johnson (J&J), most recently as an account manager in teaching hospitals and integrated health systems across the midwest. In his time with J&J, Rashaun earned the President’s Circle designation, putting him in the top 10% of J&J sales representatives worldwide. Rashaun graduated from Northwestern University in 2004 with a BA in History. He is currently an MS candidate in the Learning & Organizational Change program at Northwestern University.

Michael Winikoff

He began his career as a technology consultant at Sudler & Hennessey, the healthcare arm of Young & Rubicam. He went on to become managing partner in two companies specializing in technology sales & training for the Advertising & Design industry before starting his own marketing and desing practice. His clients include startup and growth companies in vaccine development, security for cloud infrastructures, and biotech consulting. Michael earned his BA from Tufts University and his MA from Columbia University.
